Everything in our range is digital and arrives by email. No parcels to wait for, no shipping costs, and no courier at the door.

1. Digital delivery
Liceon sells only digital software, so nothing physical ever leaves the door. As soon as your payment goes through, an email containing your licence code, a download link, and clear installation steps will automatically arrive.
2. Delivery time
- Almost immediately: in most cases your licence is processed almost immediately after payment and lands in your mailbox within minutes.
- Within 12 hours at most: sometimes it takes a little longer, for instance when an order requires a manual check.

3. No shipping costs
Digital delivery means that shipping costs simply don't exist for us. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay, VAT included.
4. Where is it delivered?
We deliver to the email address you provide during checkout, so please double-check that address. Digital has no borders: wherever you are, delivery works the same way everywhere.
5. Keep your details safe
- Store the email with your licence code somewhere safe.
- If you have an account with Liceon, you can always find your codes, downloads, and updates in your personal area.
- Download link expired? No problem, we'll send you a new one straight away.
6. Didn't receive your delivery?
