Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every order and agreement you place with Liceon. Please read them carefully; we've deliberately written them in plain English.

1. Who are we?
Liceon is a trading name of LICEON TECHNOLOGIES LTD, registered at Office 20738, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, United Kingdom, E6 2JA and registered with Companies House in England and Wales under company number 17413228. Want to get in touch? You can do so via our contact form.
2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Any deviating agreements are only valid if we have confirmed them to you in writing.
3. Offers and prices
- All amounts are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- We cannot be held to obvious mistakes or typographical errors in the offer. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
- The offer is valid as long as stock is sufficient and the product is visible on the website. We may adjust prices, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. The agreement
Once we confirm your order by email, the agreement is concluded. You can also place an order without an account, as a guest order. All important information, including your licence(s) and the associated instructions, will be sent to the email address you provided.
5. Payment
You can pay using one of the methods available at checkout, including PayPal, credit card and Bancontact. As soon as we receive your payment, we will process your order. If a payment fails or is reversed, the agreement is void and we may block any licence already issued.
6. Delivery
What we sell is digital. After a successful payment, you will receive your licence code and download link by email, usually within a few minutes and in any case within 12 hours. For more details, also see our shipping information and payment options and delivery times.
7. Right of withdrawal and digital content
For digital content delivered immediately, a legal exception to the right of withdrawal applies. If you agree at checkout to immediate delivery and to this exception, you waive your right of withdrawal when delivery begins. Read all details in our return and refund policy.
8. Use of licences
- Each licence applies to the number of devices and users specified for the product.
- Licence codes may not be copied, resold or shared outside the terms of the respective software vendor.
- In addition to our terms, the licence terms (EULA) of the original manufacturer also apply to the use of the software.
9. Warranty and conformity
We guarantee that a delivered licence does what is described. If a code does not work or activation fails, please inform us within a reasonable period via our contact form. We will provide a solution or supply an alternative that works.
10. Liability
Our liability shall never exceed the amount of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage caused by misuse of the software. Liability that cannot be excluded by law remains fully applicable under these terms.
11. Complaints
Have a complaint? Share it with us via our contact form or by email. You will hear from us within 24 hours and we aim to reach a solution within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may turn to the European ODR platform.
12. Applicable law
All our agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Liceon is established, unless mandatory law prescribes otherwise.
