Payment Methods and Delivery Times
Pay securely and get going right away. This page shows you which payment methods are available and when your licence will appear in your inbox.

1. Payment methods
During checkout, choose the payment method that works best for you:
- Credit card: we accept both Visa and Mastercard.
- PayPal: pay with your PayPal balance or a linked account.
- Bancontact: especially for our customers in Belgium.
- Google Pay: pay in just a few taps with your saved card.
2. Secure payment
Every transaction goes through an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection and via reputable payment partners. Your full payment details stay with the payment provider; we never see them. Read more in our privacy policy.
3. Pay by invoice
Business customers ordering larger quantities can pay by invoice on request. Submit a ticket via our contact form, and we'll discuss which arrangement suits your situation.
4. Delivery times
Everything we sell is digital, so there's no long wait. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive your licence:
- Usually within a few minutes after your payment.
- At most 12 hours when an order needs a manual check.
We'll send your licence code, download link, and installation guide to the email address you entered at checkout. You can check out whenever it suits you, even late at night and at weekends.
5. Nothing received?
- First, check your spam or junk folder.
- Check that you entered the correct email address when you placed your order.
- Still nothing in your inbox? Let us know straight away via our contact form, and we'll resend your licence.
6. Discount codes
Received a discount code? Enter it in the relevant field during checkout and we'll deduct the amount from your total immediately. Standard is one code per order, unless we state otherwise.
